Portfolio KPIs
Occupancy is weighted by licensed units. Deltas compare the selected window with the equivalent window immediately before it, and against the approved operating plan.
Occupancy by quarter
Twelve quarters of total occupancy against plan. The shaded band is the window you selected above.

The Virginia footprint
Each node is one community, sized by licensed units and colored by occupancy against plan for the selected window. The dashed ring is AgeSmart, continuing care at home, which covers the whole state rather than a single campus.
Care level mix
Occupied and vacant units by care level for the selected scope, averaged across the window.
Inquiry to move-in funnel
Totals for the selected window across the selected scope, with the conversion rate at each step.

Basis of preparation
Anchored figure. The topline structure of this board is anchored to a real published fact: LifeSpire of Virginia operates five Life Plan Communities plus AgeSmart, its statewide continuing care at home program, and was founded in 1945, over 75 years of service. The Glebe in Daleville, The Culpeper in Culpeper, The Summit in Lynchburg, Lakewood in Richmond and The Chesapeake in Newport News are the five communities shown on the Virginia footprint.
Footnote. Unit counts, occupancy, plan targets, inquiry and tour volumes and every other number on this page are illustrative and are not LifeSpire operating results. They are internally consistent: care level subtotals add to community totals, community totals add to the portfolio, percentages are recomputed from the underlying unit counts, and net move-ins equal the change in occupied units. The board is built to show the shape of the reporting, not to report a result. AgeSmart is measured as at-home contracts against capacity and is excluded from unit-based occupancy.
